Find the word. Read the others.
In the white city,
not everyone plays fair.
The fun of uncovering a hidden word, with a little distrust. Allies are looking for the word. Saboteurs know it. Everyone privately chooses a letter, then the group submits one answer. A bad clue: mistake or sabotage?

The idea
A letter can help. It can also raise doubts.
Pass the phone around. Check your role and pick a letter without showing the screen. Saboteurs see the word they want the group to miss.
Helpful letters reveal part of the word. Discuss, fill the blanks, and submit a single answer together.
If the word is found, everyone's letter choices are revealed. You may eliminate one player or no one. If the group fails, the choices stay secret and there is no vote.

Made to share
CasaBianco combines word puzzles and social deduction. Everyone joins the discussion, but the two teams have opposing goals. Roles stay the same throughout the game.
One phone passes from hand to hand. Choices are private; discussions happen together in the same room.
No background knowledge needed. Watch the suggested letters and the reactions around the table.
Your turn
Enter 4–12 names. Sit where you can pass one phone around without revealing private screens.
Defaults: 4 solved words for the Allies, 3 missed words for the Saboteurs. Targets, Saboteur count, and duplicate letters can be adjusted.
On your turn, check your team and choose a letter. Once everyone has used the phone, work out the word together.
Good questions
The rules and practical details for enjoying the game together.
It keeps the hidden word and letter guessing. CasaBianco adds two secret teams, one letter chosen per person, and a single group answer each round. Suspense comes from players’ motives: some know the word and want the group to fail. There is no hanging figure to complete.
By default, the Allies win with 4 solved words and the Saboteurs with 3 missed words. These targets are adjustable. Eliminating all Saboteurs also wins for the Allies; eliminating the last Ally wins for the Saboteurs.
After a solved word, letter choices are revealed. Discuss and vote aloud, then record your decision on the phone. You may eliminate no one; ties mean no elimination. There is no vote after a missed word.
No. Allies and Saboteurs keep their roles. Saboteurs don't learn who their accomplices are. Eliminated players watch silently.
With duplicates off, a chosen letter becomes unavailable. With duplicates on, each letter can be picked at most twice per round. All letters become available again for the next word.
Allies work together to find words, but Saboteurs try to make them fail. It is a hidden-role game with opposing teams, not a shared victory for everyone.
No. CasaBianco is free, runs in your browser, and requires no account. Gather 4–12 people in the same room around one connected phone.
