Browsing the website
Browsing does not require an account. Your browser sends connection information, including its IP address and request details, to our host OVHcloud. Technical logs support site operation and security, based on the legitimate interest in providing a reliable service.
Display preferences, such as reduced motion, may be stored in your browser. They are not used to track you on other websites. Technical log retention depends on hosting configuration; contact us for the information applicable to your request.
Audience measurement: with your permission
Google Analytics loads only after you accept audience measurement. It then receives information such as visited pages, navigation events, and device characteristics. Cookie identifiers measure visits. This integration does not send player names, email addresses, or payment data.
This measurement is based on consent. Your choice and this integration’s Analytics cookies last 180 days. Event retention in the Analytics account depends on its settings. Advertising personalization features are disabled in this Analytics integration.
The “Manage cookies” button in the footer lets you refuse, accept, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops this integration’s measurement and removes its cookies in this browser. It does not automatically erase data already processed.
Advertising: a separate choice
Selected content pages may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies, identifiers, and connection information, including IP addresses, to serve and measure ads according to the choices offered in the advertising consent message and applicable rules.
Accepting Analytics does not mean accepting advertising. Advertising consent is managed separately through Google’s message. Where this message applies, ad requests remain paused until the site’s consent conditions are met. Refusing leaves the content accessible.
On pages where Google’s message is available, “Advertising choices” lets you reopen it and change your decision. The message lists partners, purposes, and advertising tracker durations. baræ does not send an audience category based on religious beliefs.
Support, messages and external links
Supporting the studio takes you to a Stripe payment page. Stripe processes payment data under its privacy policy; full card numbers are not entered on barae.io. Transaction records are subject to retention obligations applicable to the creator’s activity.
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond, based on our legitimate interest in handling inquiries. They are kept as needed to follow up and, where relevant, defend our rights. Please avoid sending sensitive data unrelated to your question.
Social buttons are external links. Games open on their own subdomains and may offer separate settings. Check the privacy information of the service you open.
Recipients, transfers and your rights
Depending on your use and choices, recipients may include the creator of baræ, OVHcloud, Google and its advertising partners, or Stripe. Some providers may process data outside the European Union; their policies describe the countries and safeguards involved.
