The idea
Memory offers a starting point. The clues then help you find the exact reference.
The text comes from the Louis Segond 1910 Bible. Look for clues: who is speaking, to whom, and in what kind of book? Everyone gets the same passage on the same day.
Choose a book from the list, then enter two digits for the chapter and two for the verse: 03 for 3, for example. Tap “Vérifier”. A nonexistent reference also uses a guess.
Green: the correct book or a digit in the right position. Orange: a book in the same family, or a digit elsewhere among the four boxes. Gray: a different family, or a digit that is absent or repeated too often. You have five guesses in total.
